○Ensure all rejects include a merchant contact and correct if missing.○Review for excessive reject percentages and amounts.○Report know issues to management.○Review and approve the weekly ACH files to Merrick Bank for Chargebacks.○Work closely with engineering staff and monitor RISK systems to ensure that they are working properly and best suits the needs of the users.○Update merchant’s credit, financial information, etc on older and at-risk accounts to identify possible new risk and are adequately covered.○Daily release/hold/removal of transactions from RISK systems after conformation with the customers, when appropriate.○Respond to all merchant bank risk concerns.○Preparation of sales commissions and referral fee payments○Actively monitor merchant bank risk system and scan for rejects on a daily basis.○Actively review merchant portfolio and report trends and concerns to management.
