Act as a liaison between pharmaceutical companies, clinical research organizations and departments within Biomedical Systems to coordinate the acquisition of ECG data for clinical trials. Duties include: -the development of analysis plans, manuals and presentations-monitor budget and scope of work and when necessary, develop and initiate change orders-set up data bases for edit checks-coordinate activities with departments within the company including budgets and contracts, data management and quality management.-provide presentations and training at investigator meetings and site initiation visits regarding the use of cardiac equipment and data collection specific to pharmaceutical clinical trials.

Oversight of statewide programs involving surveying, direct services to customers, consultative services and technical assistance.Responsibilities:-provide training, off-site supervision (7 individuals), delegation of work duties and work oversight of 12 individuals-provide consultation to agencies and community groups in the areas of community needs assessment, data collection, program planning and evaluation, improving operations and efficiencies, identify needed resources-statewide program development, implementation, management and evaluation-management of a program involving over 900 providers of care-provider and customer relations -developed databases (excel) to monitor progress and identify trends-forecast costs and other resources-review and approve budgets-monitor expenditures and progress towards goals-develop business plans, workplans, reports and timelines for programs-develop databases; manage, extract, analyze and present data in Microsoft Excel-provide presentations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint-develop contracts and Request for Proposals
