- Youth MinistryProvide a ministry for high school students grades 10 -12 that offers an environment of faith sharing and relationship building. This ministry includes discussions, programing, mission trips, retreats, social and service opportunities revolving around the Catholic Christian Faith and Youth Culture. The goal is to ensure that upon graduation these young people have a strong connection to their Catholic faith and to each other as they embark on a lifetime of discipleship.- Confirmation & Faith Formation Grades 8 & 9Offer a programs for 8th and 9th Grade that includes faith formation and Confirmation Prep that include small group time, social and service opportunities. Recruit, secure and train the 8/9 Catechetical Team and provide training and resource material. Prepare students for Confirmation ceremony. - Coordinator of Parish Life: Keep a calendar of all parish social, service and adult education activities and/or events. Support, encourage and stay in communication with committee heads to ensure adequate scheduling, marketing and advertising of these parish opportunities that are taking place using; bulletin articles, emails, website updates, and pulpit announcements. Work along side the Faith Formation Coordinator on Adult Education ideas and help secure speakers and/or schedule Adult Ed programs/events. - Other Responsibilities CASE Training for all volunteers under each ministry.Collaborate with parish music director regarding music when needed.Budget Planning/Processing revenue/expenses Fundraising Ministry when needed with teens and/or parents
