Cathy Scherer brings solid marketing experience to her successful practice of real estate. Cathy began her real estate career in 2003 and joined Bernstein Realty in 2018. As a resident of the Houston area for over 35 years, she is familiar with all of the neighborhoods in the Houston metropolitan area.Cathy knows that homeownership is a personal and emotional decision. “Being trusted to educate, guide, and protect clients’ best interest is a great responsibility; my clients are comfortable with me and know that I will take care of what needs to be handled to help them reach their goals. My clients know that I believe in constant communication and that they can always reach me.” Cathy assists clients with Buying, Selling, and Leasing homes throughout Houston and surrounding areas, as well as assisting newcomers and Houstonians with Relocating to or from the Houston area.Cathy graduated from the University of Texas with a BA in Marketing. After graduation, she trained as a buyer for a national high-end retailer and worked in New York City and Los Angeles for 10 years, before taking her business, buying and negotiation skills to the real estate industry.
