Responsible for assuring patients received all aspects of care. Made sure chart history was current and accurate, ordered appropriate tests and labs, refilled medications. Created new chartnotes, took vitals, performed EKGs, PFTs, Protimes, and gave injections when necessary. Obtained prior authorization for medications or specialty appointments. Also scanned outside medical records, and responded to patient phone calls.

Negotiated contracts and acquired footage from new Producers, corresponded and kept records for 180 active Producers, liaison between Producers and Production Department.

Supervision of 8 Family Practice providers and 25 support staff. Organized schedules for providers, front office and nurses. Determined wages, performed annual reviews for staff. Organized events with hospitals, providers outside of the group, and with drug representatives. Assisted with purchasing for FP department and accounts payable.
