About Cathy Wallace

After a 20+ year career in Human Resources Leadership, I founded a Construction Management Consulting firm to support public agencies with their CIP and Land Development projects throughout southern California. The company has grown at a steady average rate of over 20% annually since 2010. Wallace & Associates has a well deserved reputation for providing outstanding quality and service at very competitive rates. Prior to founding this business, I served for over 20 years in professional Human Resources leadership roles within a wide variety of industries ranging from manufacturing, high tech, professional services and retail. I am passionate about developing leaders at all levels of an organization and have designed and implemented significant learning solutions to improve overall individual and business performance. The majority of my roles have required expertise in change management and I thrive when creating, building and improving systems. I operate as a true business partner to senior teams and am known for finding innovative ways to positively impact the bottom line. I enjoy working hard and have a solid reputation for getting things done. My belief is that an effective HR function adds genuine value by creating human abilities and organizational capabilities better than the competitors.
