Client billing and costing, accounts payable and receivable, maintain general and trust account, bank reconciliations, weekly and monthly reporting to attorneys and accountant, payroll, SUTA, FUTA, 940, 941, 1099, W-2 and W-3 preparation. Typing letters and documents through dictation, opening and sorting mail, ordering of supplies, filing and answering multiple phone lines.

Customer service (phone and in person), data entry, opening and closing accounts, CDs and loans, account reconciliation, data entry.

Responsible for store budgeting and profit and loss analysis, managing from 4 to 25 employees, purchasing and inventory control, interviewing, reference checks, hiring and training, employee evaluations, scheduling, cash handling and payroll.
