I work closely with clients to make sure that ongoing work meets their needs through regular reports, meetings, phone calls and emails. I keep abreast of developments in both construction and in PR and marketing through online forums and research, training and reading industry publications. I am supported by a dedicated team of professionals; each member brings particular strengths to the company. Weekly staff meetings make sure that the team is fully briefed and progress on the different projects is monitored. I personally handle any work that might be considered to be sensitive, and regularly write technical features.
