I have held numerous positions at OSI. I started out typing notices and within 9 months became the Bookkeeping Supervisor. I also managed the Client Services Dept for 16 years. In 1996 I was approached to become the Pre-Legal Supervisor and create a pre-legal dept in our Schaumburg branch and created the standards and processes for the dept. I hired and fired attys. I negotiated contracts with attys and audited performance and standards.In 2000 I was promoted to Collection Manager and was responsible for the performance of 60 employees. I held that position until 2007 when I was awarded the position of Operations Manager.
