Relationships matter to me. They always have. They do at LinkedIn as well. Joining LinkedIn changed my life. For real. Everyday I come in to work and am challenged by intelligent people – coworkers and clients alike. I am challenged by inspiring leaders to take intelligent risks, demand excellence and be open, honest and constructive. My own mission here at LinkedIn is to drive value for our clients and ensure their success. I do this by ensuring they derive value from what they’ve already purchased, specifically LinkedIn Talent Solutions. How I do this, is through partnering with relationship managers, analyzing data and drawing insight and communicating these to clients to continually derive value. Where there are gaps, I provide education and knowledge, ideas and solutions to ensure retention and usage of our solutions. Drawing from my Human Resource and Recruitment experience as well as extensive product training, I am able to be the product consultant expert. I guess my real mission is happy clients, through relationships. It’s also an extremely fun and enriching place to work! Since joining, I have improved my ping pong game tenfold, volunteered to recruit pro-bono for not-for-profits, and participated in a few nerf-gun battles in my spare time.
