I do this by ensuring they derive value from what they’ve already purchased, specifically LinkedIn Talent Solutions. How I do this, is through partnering with relationship managers, analyzing data and drawing insight and communicating these to clients to continually derive value. I guess my real mission is happy clients, through relationships. It’s also an extremely fun and enriching place to work! Since joining, I have improved my ping pong game tenfold, volunteered to recruit pro-bono for not-for-profits, and participated in a few nerf-gun battles in my spare time.
