CurrentAs the Records and Quality Assurance Lead, I lead the processing of child welfare and benefits assistance records requests and determines eligibility to receive information. I retrieves case information from the TRAILS, CBMS, and Content Navigator systems, redacting records to conform with Colorado statute, and collaborating with County Attorneys to discuss complex situations. Some of my key contributions are as follows:» Serves as Primary Trainer for Content and Records Management Team.» Compiles and analyzes weekly and monthly statistics and performance reports for team members. » One of two Primary Members responsible for child welfare records requests, resulting in over 300 individual requests personally completed. » Integral member of an award-winning team responsible for electronically processing over 1 million annual documents for 70+ high-level service programs provided by BCDHHS.» Served as Project Lead during the initial phase of onboarding new departments to digitalize county-wide documentation from paper to electronic files. » Developed and implemented the Quality Assurance Review Tool used by the Content and Records Mgmt Team. » Collaborates with County Attorney’s Office to provide information needed to respond to Colorado Open Records Act (CORA) requests. » Created template letters used to reply to customers regarding their records requests, using legal terminology that is clear and easy to understand.» Serves as subject matter expert for accurately indexing electronic documents.
