I have a 20 year track record of successfully building long-standing relationships, working with advisors and business owners who want to be educated and explore future possibilities. Drawing from my experience, I have the ability to make recommendations that many advisors would not have considered on their own.As the first to join the team at Diamond Consultants, I was intrigued by what Mindy was building and embraced the opportunity to use my business skills and core life values in what was a young and growing organization. At the heart of my persona is a life driven by the tenet of “treating people the way you would like to be treated,” acting with honesty and authenticity. Such traits, plus extensive industry knowledge and a unique ability to listen and respond as a fiduciary, is what advisors connect with – and appreciate – and have allowed me to build relationships based on trust, personal connection and growth.Prior to my career in recruiting and counseling financial advisors, I worked in the bio-medical field, and later hospital administration. In one of those roles at Shriners Hospitals for Children, I developed a materials management system for the entire organization. In these roles, I honed my business and analytical skills, including operations, administration and contract negotiations.As a dedicated community activist and successful fundraiser, I was instrumental in electing the first and only write-in school board member in the state of NJ. I love to spend my free time with family and friends, enjoy golf, reading and gourmet cooking. In addition to that, I not only practice Aikido and its life principles, I also own and operate an Aikido dojo and have had to personally develop a succession plan for the continuation of the school.At Diamond Consultants, our mission is to help advisors live their best business life.
