I am an accomplished professional with over 10 years management experience. I have proven abilities in project management, staff management and financial management. As a member of BIP’s board of Directors I have successfully developed several multi-partner projects and have experience in working with numerous groups and agencies including Small Business Service, Business Link Devon and Cornwall, Government Office South West, Learning and Skills Council, Local Agency Network and Local Authority. The diverse nature of the work BIP undertakes has presented me with complex projects and contracts to work with.As the Line Manager for BIP’s Administration Team I demand a high standard of performance and accuracy, and utilise my skills in motivating my team to increase efficiency, achieve outputs and reach successful project completion.
