- Lead QA team who's responsible for manual, automation and performance tests in automotive industry- Manage the planning and execution of product testing efforts (test strategies, test plans), including all associated resources to meet high quality and delivery dates- Provide effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives and performance to internal and external customers- Implement ongoing quality improvement processes while collaborating with other departments- Ensure motivation and development of team through professional leadership

- User Stories reviews, provide valid estimations, create and assign tasks for team members- Install, upgrade, configure and maintain Hadoop cluster(add remove nodes/hdfs, MR/yarn support and maintenance)- Document, design, execute and maintain tests which demonstrate that complex requirements are met over a long period of time (stability and performance tests) - Use and develop trouble-shooting tools and methodologies that minimize the turn around time of issue identification.- Report and maintain complex results in a clear and structure manner.- Provide estimates for test efforts and clearly report on progress against a plan.

-Define, design and implement load and system test cases and test scenarios.-Translate requirements and design documents into test cases.-Install and configure test environments including multiple servers and network configurations. -Put in place an automated load test environment leveraging existing tools. Contribute to new automation tools and scripts-Prepare, execute, monitor load tests and analyze test results. -Work closely with development to troubleshoot and investigate environment issues.-Collaboration with members of software development and product management teams(scrum meetings, weekly products update, TR review)-Coach new member’s team.
