I truly enjoy guiding them towards achieving their goals by providing knowledge and positive feedback. I also enjoy listening to my team’s needs and what I can do to truly help them make a difference on a daily basis. My daily goal is to help my team members know that they are truly valued and appreciated for the hard work they do each day,” she says.Being in leadership can be incredibly rewarding, but it’s not easy. There are some days where you need a little extra motivation and inspiration to remind you why you got into this business in the first place. “I am most motivated by attainable goals, given the proper conditions, expectations, measurements and knowledge,” Catherine explains. “I am driven to succeed in everything I do and if given a chance, I will achieve the goals. Also, being able to help other succeed motivates me. I love seeing others feel gratification due to their own positive actions.”In addition to her solid leadership and mentorship capabilities, Catherine is an expert at Project/Program Management, Field Learning, Crafting Development Plans, Individualized Learning Plans, Event Planning, and Vendor Relations. “I truly enjoy helping others achieve their dreams, whether it’s training, coaching, developing others so that they would have the skills to be successful in their endeavors,” she says.
