I am passionate about empowering women to reclaim their health and vitality through holistic approaches. With a background as a Mental Health Nurse and a brief post as an HR Advisor (Employee Wellbeing), I have transitioned into functional health coaching, specialising in supporting women struggling with hormone imbalances.As a former Registered Mental Health Nurse with 17 years of clinical experience, I witnessed firsthand the interconnectedness of mental and physical well-being. This inspired me to delve deeper into holistic health modalities, leading me to soon become a certified Functional Wellness Practitioner.My mission is to guide and support women on their journey to hormonal balance and overall wellness.
