I’m an experienced leader and strategist working on citizen-powered change to our communities, public services and political systems. Currently Principle Practice Lead at New Local and Trustee at Shift Design.I was previously Founding Chief Exec of award-winning education charity The Literacy Pirates. I have advised charities, social enterprises and social businesses on strategy, organisational development, and management, most recently as a consultant through Sea Change Strategy.
