In January of 2010, assumes the Financial and Administrative Department of YDreams Informática, S.A., with the following areas of coordination and oversight responsibility: Administrative, Accounting, Treasury, Planning, Management Control, Purchase and Incentives. In a context of economic crisis, manages and implements in all the legal and financial aspects, the new strategy defined to the group, namely:• Cost-cutting in YDreams, Informática, S.A. activities and resources’ transfer to the company created in Brazil ( www.ydreamsglobal.com.br ).• Implementation of a spin-off’s creation strategy, setting up product- oriented companies owning specific technologies and know-how, being responsible for attracting the necessary investment to the development of new products/business. Examples: http://azorean.eu/ ; http://www.ynvisible.com/.• Adaptation of the company’s support areas, to start working as a shared service center.During this period:• Assumes the financial direction of all Group Companies established in Portugal (5) with a specialized team of 15 employees.• Advices, guides and supports the Board, the company’s directors and the spin-offs CEO’s on all financial matters. Participates on the Board of Directors meetings, reporting all critical financial matters.• Formulates strategic long term business plans for all the group’s companies (including companies in Brazil and Spain) and identifies investment needs. Develops an ability to translate financial concepts, and to effectively collaborate with colleagues who do not necessarily have financial background.• Leads all financial, administrative, tax and legal processes related to Due Diligences for investors, listing companies on stock exchanges, crowdfunding of products and grants agreements.• Manages relationships with banks, suppliers, tax authorities, accounting, law and audit firms.

In February of 2006, takes overall control of the company’s accounting, tax and financial report function. Over this period:• Assumes the Certified Public Account function in YDreams – Informática, S.A. and the responsibility for the official annual accounts’ presentation, contacts with external auditors and tax authorities. • Carries out all necessary actions to ensure that the company meets all financial and tax obligations.• Oversees and leads the annual budgeting and planning processes in conjunction with the Financial Director.• Responsible for the financial management reporting, including monthly financial review.• Leads with the Financial Director an experts team that developed and implemented efficient accounting, financial and operational systems, including an interface with new ERP (SAP Business One), allowing real time project fact-based decision-making, by all project managers and sales team.• Provides direction and leadership to financial and accounting staff (reaches a maximum of 6 employees) and prepares them to support all the divisions of the company.• Implements accounting control procedures in the Spanish company and supervises the accounting outsourcing company. Work done in Barcelona’s office.• Implements consolidated accounts and the definition of intra-group pricing policy The starting point was a company pioneering on location based technologies, focused on the development and sale of mobile games, with 40 employees. In 2009, it reached 160 employers providing technology services and customized projects, for clients in several countries, with a multi-disciplinary team (electronics, mechanics, design, hardware, software, project manager, product managers and sales).

In January 2005, joined Compal (Portugal) to supervise the document system off accounting policies and procedures of Compal affiliates based in Madrid (two companies). During this period:• Reviewed and reported monthly the financial statements of these two companies.• Analyzed and implemented ABC analysis in client’s accounts.• Reviewed tax declarations.• Tested the ERP system’s implementation (SAP R3), namely the records related with the logistic operation between Compal Portugal, Compal Spain and the Spanish logistic operators.• Developed and coached the Spanish financial team.• Supported external audits and acquisition Due Diligences.

Began her career in Andersen, in September 1999, as financial assistant of BPO – Business Process Outsourcing, and was promoted to Senior in 2001. Joined Deloitte in 2002, as result of a merger process, where she remained until December 2004. During this period:• Provided outsourcing services (accounting, tax, treasury, management report, ERP and internal procedures implementation) to several clients, mostly in the areas of Services, Technology, Real State, Hospitality and Construction.• Attended several internal and external training sessions, either as a participant (Portugal, Belgium) or as a trainer ( Portugal, Angola), in matters such as accounting, tax, process and project management, personal development and team building.
