With over seven years of tech industry experience in various roles and industries globally between Asia, Europe, and the US, I am a versatile and adaptable professional who thrives in dynamic and collaborative environments. My core competencies include software technologies, technical implementation, business development, and sales operations.At Paperless Parts, I used my technical skills and manufacturing industry expertise to help job shops streamline and automate their quoting process, leveraging innovative software solutions and integrations. I worked with machinists and estimators to configure and consult on the quoting process, using data from 3D geometric CAD features and writing Python code to automate calculations. I also created and managed integrations between software and job shops' enterprise resource planning (ERP) softwares, using a Python SDK, Docker, Jenkins, AWS Elastic Container Registry (ECR), and API endpoints to read/write to SQL databases. I am passionate about delivering value and satisfaction to customers, and I enjoyed working with a talented team that shares the same vision and values in the manufacturing industry.Prior to technical implementation, I was a Global Business Development Manager at balena. Balena is a cloud software platform that enables developers to deploy and manage IoT applications at scale. In this role, I managed a hardware product launch (EtcherPro) globally, and ongoing customer support and communication. I assisted with supply chain planning, logistics, country specific certifications, sourcing components, and manufacturing for production and assembly line. Before this role, I was a Team Coordinator at the London office, where I coordinated global shipping and logistics for hardware projects, manufacturing components, hardware setups in office, and team gatherings/meet-ups. I am well-versed with the challenges and helpful strategies in operating a remote, global, geographically diverse software company. In addition to operations, I also handled sales operations and pre-sales data analysis, and came up with the conception of the hack project Inkyshot, an open source developed IoT e-paper display, which received over 110 stars on GitHub.Through these experiences, I developed and honed my skills in Linux, Python, SQL, as well as my ability to work fluently across cultures, languages, and time zones.
