As an IT Operations Associate at Urban Science, I support the maintenance of various software applications for clients in the automotive industry. I also troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving software, hardware, networks, and account management, as well as document the processes and procedures for future reference. I have recently completed my Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Oakland University, where I have taken courses in database management, network security, cloud computing, scripting, project management, and web development. I have also gained experience as a Student Note Taker and a Tele-Fundraiser, where I demonstrated my communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to real-world challenges.
