My Key Responsibilities- Overall Administration for 11 Overseas Branches (France, Denmark, Germany, Norway, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Hong Kong, Australia, Dubai and South Africa) of the Company. - Role involves to manage and lead a team of 5 members to manage over the day to day accounting and compliance activities for all of the overseas branches.- Further it includes :-Budgeting , Capital Management , Fund Flow Monitoring , Management Reporting , Cost Management , Due Diligence , Tax Compliance , Statutory Compliance , Implementing New Initiatives , and many more exciting challenges.- Preparation of Annual Financial Reports in accordance with the updated Accounting Standards and GAAP.-Responsible for mitigation of various risk faced by Company while operating in open Market by ensuring adequate Insurance coverage(Commercial General Liability, Professional Indemnity, etc.) taken by Company all the time.

 Consolidation of Books Schedule VI Disclosure Compliance of Accounting Standards Compliance of CARO Compliance of Clause 41 of Listing Agreement Compliance of Companies Act Requirements Finalization of Books of Accounts Review & evaluation of internal controls Project Development Valuation of Stocks Special Audit conducted in accordance to the guidelines issued by FMC (Forward Market Commission) Verification of various certificates -  Scope of work depends upon the nature of certificate required by the client
