Coordination activities included working with Airlines and Airport stakeholders to update systems with new gate numbers. Impacted systems included - Airport Operational Data Base Resource Management System (AODB-RMS), Information Display System (IDS), Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), fire alarm, Airline ticketing and gate assignment systems, CCTV video management systems (VMS), GIS, and others. New gate number communications material (z-card maps, large format maps, and laminated vehicle cards for GSE) were developed to inform the larger airport community of more than 20,000 employees of forthcoming change. Overnight "go live" event was managed from SFO's emergency operation center (EOC). -
