Project Management Support Services PM overseeing the Wayfinding Enhancement Program at San Francisco International AirportThis programs purpose is to provide an enhanced guest experience and improve passengers' ability to navigate San Francisco International Airport (SFO) from the time they arrive to the time they depart.Program scope of work included the following:-Development and implementation of new airport Wayfinding Guidance System standards-Construction of new Welcoming Digital Sign (digital billboard)-Implement new gate numbering system airport wide. Construction activities included updating all airport assets containing gate numbers including directional signage, maps & directories, hold room identification, airfield markings on taxiways and lead-in lines, passenger boarding bridge gate identification, and more. Coordination activities included working with Airlines and Airport stakeholders to update systems with new gate numbers. Impacted systems included - Airport Operational Data Base Resource Management System (AODB-RMS), Information Display System (IDS), Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), fire alarm, Airline ticketing and gate assignment systems, CCTV video management systems (VMS), GIS, and others. New gate number communications material (z-card maps, large format maps, and laminated vehicle cards for GSE) were developed to inform the larger airport community of more than 20,000 employees of forthcoming change. Overnight "go live" event was managed from SFO's emergency operation center (EOC).

SFO Terminal 1 Center Project - Harvey Milk Terminal 1Phased demolition of construction of Terminal 1 at SFO. Scope of work includes new TSA security screening checkpoints, new concessions program, new frontal gates, new individual container system (ICS) for baggage handling, and new airside terminal connections between adjacent domestic and international boarding areas.Responsibilities included management of enabling projects and coordination of construction impacts to Airport tenants :-Food & beverage concession relocation-Airline ticket counter operations and baggage service office relocation-Terminal 1 landside closure to facilitate stage 1 demolition (coordination of construction barricades and new wayfinding)-Construction coordination with Customs and Border Protection, Airline lounge, and retail concession for new airside terminal connection

My role as on Office Engineer on the SFO Terminal 3 East project is to support the team's project manager, construction manager, and design manager. I coordinated and facilitated design review meetings with the Design Builder, Engineers of Record, and airport stakeholders. I review the project design documents to verify and comment on the design builder's conformation with the design requirements established by SFO.

San Francisco International Airport Checked Baggage Inspection System (CBIS) Modernization and Baggage Handling System (BHS) Improvements, $80 Million • Conduct weekly owner, contractor, and stakeholder (OAC) meetings for multiple contracts and maintain meeting minutes. • Follow up on outstanding issues from OAC meetings and direct contractor actions. • Manage coordination between multiple construction teams working on different contracts in a common terminal area. • Review contractor work plans to ensure minimal impact to BHS operations. In cases where interruptions to the BHS or Airport operations are unavoidable, I am responsible for contingency planning to mitigate construction impact on operations. • Manage change order requests from contractor and process potential change orders for Owner’s approval. Review subcontractor’s proposals and estimates for change orders. • Investigate feasibility of stakeholder requests and manage expectations. • Assist in development of Baggage Installation Tracking (BIT) system. The BIT system is a punchlist tool for the construction management team to monitor the percentage built versus percentage invoiced.
