Receive and accurately enter customer orders into ERP database.Report customer information, orders history and route logs to transportation department.Work across departments to address customer request, concerns and ensure successful delivery.Ensure compliance of order information to company data integrity regulations.

Record customer orders into ERP database and generate invoices in a high call volume environment.Handle any customer inquiries regarding order information and transit status.Improve customer retention through product recommendation and website troubleshooting.

● Coordinate with multiple freight companies to ensure the most cost efficient shipments.● Work across teams to track inventory and ensure accuracy of outgoing deliveries.● Provide real time tracking of all freight shipments and customers with regular transit statusreports.● Maintain database of customer and shipment records using Microsoft Access and Excel

Prepare produce orders (Pallet jack and forklift) and verify incoming deliveries; inventory control.Maintain database of customer information and receiving logs.Ensure compliance of warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
