At QSdoBrasil, I developed and qualified to manage the administrative, financial and commercial areas.In the commercial area, I have brought large accounts to the business which yielded QSdoBrasil as a national name and competitor in the consulting space.In the last 15 years, we have serviced more than 250 customers executing a multitude of both small and large successful projects.

Consultant responsible for the implementation, support and development of the modules of Microsiga Protheus ERP system. I worked on projects for Johnson & Johnson, Mecaplast, Arvin Meritor, Thyssenkrupp, Harald, Magneti Marelli, Inapel Packaging, Haldex, TAM Airlines and others.

My focus was on the coordination and implementation of the quality system. I also developed procedures and flow charts to be used by company employees. Additionally, I had directly participated in the implementation of the Microsiga Advanced Protheus ERP system inclusive of layout definition and process flow.

I acted responsible for the BIC - Brazilian Integration Center. In this integration center, notebooks, desktops and servers were integrated. In addition to hardware integration, software load (network image), the development of new arrays and failure tests were performed. Additionally, I was directly responsible for the implementation of ISO9000 standards (9001 and 9002) and internal audits, preparation of procedures and certification instructions. I also worked with the project area to develop new products. In this role I gained valuable experience in pre-sales, preparation of technical and financial proposals for network and computer products (HW and SW) for customers.

I worked in the Materials and Products Testing Laboratory testing new products and line products.
