One can do a job without passion, but with it, there is something extra that doesn’t just benefit the end result, but it benefits those around you and your workplace with the positive energy and experience. You’re willing to try and adapt to new things and end up looking out for the customer’s best interest at the end of the day. ►HOW I MAKE AN IMPACT• Providing leading market insights, performance analytics, and seamless access to information and capabilities to enable strategy and execution. • Analyzing large, complex data sets through dashboarding, spreadsheets, and presentations.• Applying expertise in data extraction, manipulation, and visualization to deliver analytical thought leadership via insight-driven data stories.• Identifying, analyzing, and presenting insights to drive business decisions and uncover opportunities.• Managing analytic data platforms, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and application of advanced quantitative modeling.►COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT I have successfully been a key member in launching & running a non-profit for PTSD Veteran Athletes. When my good friends asked me to join the board and build this non-profit from the ground up, I knew it would be one of the biggest challenges of my life with zero experience. However, I could never imagine the success we would have had up to this point, and the number of veterans lives I have personally felt impacted by our program has been something I will forever be proud of. Additionally, I am an Assistant Golf Coach for Pocatello High School, and previously a Head JV Coach & Asst.
