Carissa builds key relationships with analytics, technology and marketing channel leaders to understand the customer, execution, and data needs as it relates to marketing automation, promotions, email marketing, SMS, and mobile push notifications to consumers.• Develop relationships and communication plans with various stakeholders including analytics, technology, marketing, sales, retail store, training, and customer engagement • Manage the in-take and work request process for stakeholders regarding programs in the marketing automation platform, engage engineering as needed• Lead marketing automation projects that launch on time and deliver results; proactively suggesting tactics and process improvements to achieve various stakeholders’ goals • Scope projects and translate business requests into clear requirements• Assess technical and analytical needs to recommend (and assist with executing, if possible) simple solutions • Establish timelines, back schedules, and deliverables, working with greater marketing operations department on resource allocation and prioritization as it fits into the overall marketing roadmap• Document system configurations and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to manage email, SMS, and mobile push campaigns in the marketing automation platform• Facilitate systems training to enable stakeholders responsible for lead generation, revenue, training class registrations, customer acquisition, and member retention to self-serve on day-to-day operations• Develop and manage a feedback loop with marketing stakeholders to provide and share results, ideas, proactively recommending process improvements and tactics to achieve growth goals• Coordinate execution steps to support the project, including any dependencies and constraints• Assist in QA, testing and roll out of new features• Stay on top of new features available in the marketing automation platform and how the team can leverage and implement them
