We're a group of technology and health care professionals who looked at the current state of the US health care system, got frustrated by the horrible consumer experience, and decided to do something big about it. Engineering & Product Operations at Oscar provides leverage to Product Managers, Engineers, Designers and other operational teams to ensure excellent operational delivery for product initiatives and processes. I lead four complementary functions: Product Operations, IT Governance, our Tech Program Management Office, and Tech Processes. Each of these teams unites under the common mission to unlock Oscar's ability to ship more, better and faster. Mathison is a talent marketplace helping employers, such as Accenture and HelloFresh, recruit and advance underrepresented job seekers. Mathison shares profits with non-profit diversity communities, such as Upwardly Global and Girls who Code. Raised their $2M seed round in January 2020, led by ANIMO Ventures.

StellarEmploy is an intelligent ATS specifically designed for high-volume recruitment of hourly workers. Extracting data from their proprietary job-fit survey, StellarEmploy identifies recruits who stay 30% longer and are 10% more productive. StellarEmploy was backed by GoldenSeeds, won the ASU GSV Venture Award (2017) and was selected for ERA (2018). Ultimately StellarEmploy was acquired by Learning Collider in 2021.

Joined as an Advisor in 2019, after StellarEmploy successfully raised funds from HBS Alumni Angels.

Namely is an employee-centric SaaS HR Platform for that spans HRIS, Performance, Payroll, Benefits and Time & Attendance.

Global People Services (GPS) served a hybrid HR Shared Services/HR Generalist function, supporting employees, managers and HR colleagues across all employee life-cycle processes. Transactions included: offer management and onboarding, international relocations, compensation adjustments, flexible work arrangements, business reorganizations, voluntary and involuntary terminations.

Program Manager for Citi Women, a company-wide effort designed to attract, develop, advance and retain female talent at all levels within Citi. Acting Chief of Staff for Chief Diversity Officer, responsible for budgeting process and key presentations defining Citi’s diversity strategy to CEO and Board of Directors.

Aligned to Investor Services and Custody & Issuer Services Operations (Institutional Clients Group) with combined population of 7,500 employees.

Led projects within North America Consumer Banking (NACB) professional recruitment and created efficiency tools for the Head of Recruitment Program Management Office for Global Recruitment–Strategy & Programs.

Managed "Proactive Talent Acquisition Initiative," developing a comprehensive 18-month project execution plan, defining critical tasks and milestones.

Developed and presented new comprehensive documentation of company’s financial controls system. Increased efficiency through 35% reduction of tested controls, while maintaining compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
