CurrentAssisted in the construction and implementation of bylaws and rubric for the Complaint, Grievances, and Appeals department (CGA). Reviewed completed cases for CGA team members to ensure compliance and quality standards are being met. Offer coaching notes and actionable feedback for areas of improvement. In the process of launching the quality program for the Clinical Reviews Team (CRT). Helped cross-train fellow auditors in the CGA realm allowing for a more interconnected quality team.
