Training and developing toward the goal of planting a new church in Lafayette, CO.

- Conduct Chapel Services at 4 different locations during monthly drill weekend- Provide pastoral care and counseling to unit of approximately 300 soldiers- Advise the Commander on religious and ethical dimensions of the unit mission- Conduct Memorial Ceremonies and Services- Coordinate mercy ministry needs for soldiers with employment and financial challenges

- Provide administrative and structural support to all church ministries and operations- Develop strategies to connect visitors to the church family along the full spectrum of commitment and membership- Develop social media and attractional emphasis to complement an already robust missional vision- Support in just about any area as needed. • Conducted training, development and leadership of 3rd Platoon, 1175 MP CO• Conducted multiple State Emergency Duty operations, coordinating security and “health and wellness” checks for thousands of St. Louis citizens during severe weather

• Founded and directed Art Underground (STL), City Church’s initiative to serve the St. Louis artist community• Wrote a discussion guide for Tim Keller’s The Reason for God, used by Redeemer Presbyterian Church, New York City, as an interim curriculum for community groups discussing the book• Started and led a missional “cityLife” (small group Bible study)• Gained valuable experience and skills in church planting and outreach ministry
