I lead and manage the Cushon Governance Team as Governance Director to ensure the highest possible standards of master trust governance across the Cushon Group. I oversee scheme merger projects, investment propositions, member engagement initiatives, Trustees' policies and reporting, provider relations, complaints handling and risk management as well as having input on corporate strategy. I have worked in Financial Services since leaving University. I worked in third party pension administration for 2 years before 3 years in individual financial planning and wealth management, qualifying as a registered IFA and covering most areas of financial advice including risk benefits, IHT planning and mortgages as well as pensions and investments.
