Published original research, taught courses on quantitative and qualitative research methods at undergraduate and graduate levels, and supervised graduate and undergraduate students. Served in the School’s External Relations Committee and acted as Deputy Director of the Dublin European Institute.

Managed projects on social housing and the construction market, working closely with key stakeholders, such as the Department of Housing and Local Authorities. Leveraged advanced data management, statistical, and visualization tools (R/Excel/SQL/Tableau) to analyze, synthesize, and share housing data insights. Reformed instruments designed to collect data on social housing need, demand, and supply and extract policy-relevant knowledge.Communicated research findings and policy implications to housing practitioners and third level training programs, such as the Chartered Institute of Housing's Certificate in Housing course.

Carried out and published original research within the frame of the international project “The Evolution of Parliamentarism and Its Political Consequences” funded by the Norwegian Research Council. In charge of data collection, management, and analysis, coordination of research assistants, presentations at international conferences, and running expert workshops. Taught graduate and undergraduate courses in quantitative research methods, research design, and legislative politics.

Lectured and coordinated core undergraduate modules (90-120 students) on Comparative European Politics. Designed the modules, delivered lectures, set assessments, and marked exams.

I worked under the supervision of Prof Robert Elgie and studied who among heads of state, prime ministers, and political parties is more likely to end ministerial careers. My research was supported by the Irish Research Council and was nominated for the Political Studies Association of Ireland Best PhD Thesis Prize.

Lectured and coordinated the “Comparative European Government” module at the Department of Government. Designed the course, delivered 24 lectures, set assessments, and marked assignments and exams.

As a Project Manager in the Romanian branch of the Swiss company Mattig Management Partners I was responsible for co-ordinating several management consulting projects. In this role, I offered solutions and support in Mergers & Acquisitions projects, Market Entry Services, and In- and Outsourcing Projects. As part of the consulting projects I was involved in, I met with clients, suppliers, and business partners, prepared market studies and economic sub-sector analyses, and presented comparative price analyses for in-sourcing projects.

Implemented a change management process aimed at aligning operational activities with strategic objectives by diversifying the range of consultancy services offered to Swiss SMEs planning to enter the Romanian market, increasing B2B and fact-finding missions, and developing new communication tools. At the end of my tenure, membership had increased by 50%.
