This special purpose company was set up to act as the lead applicant and manager of a 2.5 year EU-funded energy digitalisation R&D project - Regional Energy Demand Analysis Portal (www.redap.eu). The ERA-Net Smart Energy Systems co-funded project (€1.2m) was supported by SEAI, Swedish Energy Agency, and the Austrian Innovation Fund. Consortium partners: Austrian Institue of Technology, Chalmers University of Technology (SWE), Codema, Dublin’s Energy Agency.The focus of the project was to analyse building stock and transport energy demand in the built environment. The project resulted in the development of high-quality data generation methodologies and an online analysis platform.
