I have recently graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science on a pre-med track. I've also graduated with three minors in English, Public Health, and Health Management and Policy. I worked in an OB/GYN office on my breaks where I learned a multitude of skills like bedside manners, documentation, obtaining vitals, working with the Athena system, and so forth. My current job is a student assistant position at an Orthopedic Joints Clinic specializing in hips and knees. I've been able to focus and improve skills like phone etiquette, organization, Microsoft Excel, EPIC system knowledge, Patient IQ knowledge, teamwork, and communication. I'm excited to start my career and cultivate the skills and knowledge needed to accomplish my goals.
