With Progress Residential, I am currently working as a Regional Training Specialist in charge of coordinating and managing a training platform (Dash and Relay, 2 Salesforce based platforms) that is dedicated to teaching make ready and renovation teams how to complete a home going through a turn or renovation. Regional Marketing Specialist
* Marketing Plans: As a Regional Marketing Specialist, I work collaboratively with Regional Managers and Property Managers to prepare annual marketing plans. In addition to providing pricing and recommendations as part of the budgeting process.* Required to conduct audits for 31 properties in the DFW and surrounding areas. Quarterly Audits are performed for each property as well. Quarterly Marketing Audits include review of advertisements and social media, market survey, outreach and resident activities, etc. After audits are performed a quarterly call is performed for each property discussing: LTS Review (leads, leases, POPCard), Market Surveys (additions, upgrades, etc.), shop reports, training completions, and any needs for the upcoming quarter.* Advertisements: Regional Marketing Specialist work with Property Manager and Regional Manager to design and place all advertisements and print materials as needed.Training: Facilitate Leasing 1 & 2 training under direction of Marketing Director and Training Manager. Provide coaching and mentoring to properties regarding Vaultware, LTS, Craigslist, Outreach, etc.* Due Diligence / Takeovers: Conduct Market Surveys and Market Assessments as part of the due diligence process, particularly in new markets. Ensure that marketing contracts are executed and property is set up with ads, software, etc. as needed.* Assist with regional reporting and budget management activities* Creates new, maintains and improves current relationships with advertisers and event organizations* Develop & provide insightful market research, analysis & localised knowledge* Help drive new programs through research, marketing plan development, literature creation and development of marketing materials* Work with Partners and business development professionals to draft and develop proposals* Work with the Regional Marketing Manager to plan, organize and execute internal and external meetings, marketing events, seminars and mixers
