-Enterprise Business Development (Dec 2021 - July 2023)-Business Development Representative (Aug 2020 - Dec 2021)-I had a steep upward trajectory over 3 years and was asked to assume more responsibility and serve as team leader for the Sales and Marketing teams, reporting directly to founders and C-level executives.-Top producer since Fall 2020. > $1 Million in revenue generated in FY 2022. Attained >125% quota for 9 quarters straight (sales pipeline generation/sales opportunities created & closed)-Worked with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure goal-centered performance as determined by investors and board members.-Collaborated with senior leadership to build and maintain a healthy pipeline, overcome business challenges from COVID-19’s impact on the construction and real estate industries, and improve operational efficiency.

-Served as tutor, advisor, and mentor for students and parents throughout China.-Provided educational preparation and resources, along with English language training.-Developed lessons deployed in a distance learning environment in preparation for their study in the United States.

-As senior leader, I helped create a winning culture for our team, established healthy and frequent communication amongst athletes and coaches, and held myself and teammates to a winning standard.-Committed 20-30 hours a week for training, sports psychology, team meetings, travel, and practice.-Notable Results: 2X Silver & 1X Bronze medal at the Division I National Championships, 3X Newmark Award Recipient (Awarded to a Cal Varsity team for earning the highest cumulative grade point average), Academic Improvement Award recipient, 2020.

-Education Intern, 2018 & 2019: Directed, oversaw, managed, taught and tutored predominantly international students, ages 10-15 during a five-week residential boarding school program.-Athletic Department Assistant, 2016-2019: Designed, organized, and maintained an indoor rowing facility in order to accommodate team training.

-I designed and built a large scale public exhibit in the museum. Identified, researched, and cataloged artifacts with other researchers and archaeologists.-Was responsible for maintaining a research log, ensuring artifacts were properly cared for and returned to their proper place, as well as made sure that all material dated and labeled in conjunction with the rest of the collection.
