I have business responsibility for the flow of data across HSBC’s core HR suite as well as inbound and outbound integrations with other business systems leveraging HR data.I own the change pipeline for integrations, implementing updates to existing services as well as overseeing the development of new data feeds. A combination of simplifying governance, utilising online tools (JIRA) and face to face forums, enable us to handle over 500 integration changes per year.Operational integrity is integral to my role, providing executive level service monitoring, reporting performance, support levels, and risk impact assessments. When incidents do occur, I act as the single point of contact for impacted parties, liaising on triage, root cause analysis and both tactical and strategic solutions.By expanding my role to one that looks across the whole SAP Success Factors suite, I have developed strong product knowledge of Employee Central (EC) and associated modules, data transmission and HSBC’s wider infrastructure.
