As Digital Transformation Assistant I support the Business Transformation Manager for Islands Community Banking over Jersey, Guernsey/ Alderney and Isle of Man. I will support in the projects that are in scope for the business and communicate to colleagues what these projects involves. Alongside this I undertake numerous extra tasks such as Charity.

The main bulk of my role was to support the Money Laundring Liason Officer within Islands Community Banking Jersey, this meant undertaking high risk reviews, preparing staff members for audits and general enforcing regulatory requirements. Alongside this I also had the responsability to oversee our General Insurance record keeping and supporting on the.

I am at the front line of the branch in constant contact with customers dealing with transactions they want completed or assisting with any queries or complaints that are raised. Whilst doing this, I must keep within the business's procedures but also maintain the branch's award winning customer service when dealing with a customer with regular.

My responsability was to ensure I provided the best level of customer service when I was serving my customers. Making sure I meet their need and offering the correct advise. I also undertook general maintainence of the shop floor and assisted with stock takes.
