Manages the delivery of internal and external audit services and provides secretariat services to the Audit and Risk Management Committee.

Reporting to the Director, WorkHealth, this role led a high-volume applications and payments team and ensured service delivery exceeded operational and strategic targets. Administered and managed core operational systems and data integrity. Mined business intelligence to drive continuous improvement and stakeholder management initiatives.

A green fields position that was pivotal in the implementation of a funds management system, delivery of operational policies and processes and the design of monitoring tools to manage and track the output of a grants management team against strategic targets.

Working across eleven government portfolios, this role supported program managers to design programs aligned with a centralised grants framework and audit and reporting framework. Managed a grants team and ensured timely configuration of a grants management system and provision of briefings to Information Victoria.
