This maybe to scale-up by making acquisitions, merging with a publicly listed group or an independent IPO. For shareholders who wish to trade sale, we market their company into the relevant sector, help them prepare the necessary documentation and negotiate the best price. My interest in NED roles in the engineering/technology sector is to scale a company by fundraising if necessary (>=£10m) through my global investor network)) and acquiring companies to form a group that has optimum value on exit either by trade sale or IPO.
