Advertising vacancies, managing applicants, screening and interviewing, through to offer, start, and compliance. Intake are also involved in delivery of life skills, employability, and financial survival including budgeting, interview prep, CV writing, and communication for example.We attend events and shows across the Midlands to attract learners, and promote the business and our opportunities including our unique academy element with fully equipped functioning workshops where our future generation of engineers can learn all the necessary practical skills required to secure and maintain a career in engineering.

Managing a team of tutors, learner/employer recruiters, and staff recruitment and training. Building and maintaining relationships across the city including DWP/JCP, charities, providers, agencies as well as event management. I worked on compliance and also supported on writing for tender and strategy whilst ensuring the team are working to KPIs and are equipped to handle the requirements of their roles. I would recruit/outsource staff (telesales and research operatives) who’s job it is to call and generate warm leads for myself and the director to follow up on and pitch to. I would manage their calls and data as well as deliver training and objection handling along with product knowledge, script, and shadowing. All leads would be passed to myself and the director to follow up and assess needs for programmable logic control units (PLC) securing deals with management and proprietors. Part of my role involved generating a list of manufacturing companies in operation and inputting data into a spreadsheet for our staff to call from.
