• Rearrange a sector’s set of workstations – Relocated 100 employee workstations to different locations. This helped build team communities and increased efficiency by locating related sectors near each other. • Go off-site and replace critical backup workstations – Worked off-site at a critical backup facility that would be used if the main facility had power failures. We replaced the entire station’s stock of old computers with brand new computers so that the workstations could handle the worker’s needs. • Replaced entire firm’s old computers/laptops – In two separate projects, we replaced old computers and laptops. This allowed the workers to do work more efficiently because of the improved technology. • Reorganized IT cabinets – I rearranged cluttered cabinets and drawers that were full of mixed parts, and accurately labeled and recorded inventory saving the company money by having them not buy unnecessary equipment.
