My strengths are geared towards analytics and overall organization experience (both internally and externally). I excel in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), providing clientele with ongoing support and positive customer relations which result in improved brand recognition and overall company growth. As a consultant, I worked with nonprofits throughout the US to obtain their 501(c)3 status. I aided in assisting thousands of charitable organizations get off the ground and stay in the air (that is, being both state and federal (IRS) compliant). It is truly my passion to be in the nonprofit sector, to enable people make a better tomorrow by starting today.My daily use of Salesforce/Tableau had made me a major stakeholder in training sessions and implementation/integration meetings. I'm currently seeking Microsoft Power BI certification. I loved my time volunteering as Spanish Interpreter on my international missions team--Cuba is my "home away from home." The greatest aspect for me was simply connecting with new people and sharing in those life experiences.
