Launched 501(c)(3) Foundation aimed at creating a Web 2.0 international network to aid those suffering grief as a result of a loss. Designed and deployed 13 site network of niche bereavement sites, internet radio program (5 years) and overall strategy. Current traffic run rate in excess of 2 million per year. Set up Google AdWords Non-Profit account for Google display advertising.

Developed web presence for Internet-only streaming talk radio company, and ad delivery company (patented), developed all pricing/cost structures, setup up of all accounting, financial systems. All facets of business plan development. Hired and trained sales force of 10. All liaison with potential investors. Executive Produced Internet radio talk programs, including one of my own “NetStrategies”; learned all technical aspects of running a streaming Internet radio station from stream configuration to engineering of shows. Original hire of this pro-environment recycling company. CTN became one of the largest independent manufacturers of recyclable toner, ink and optical photoconductor cartridges for laser and inkjet printers, copiers and fax machines in the United States. CTN grew to over 120 corporate employees in three manufacturing and sales locations (including one inside a federal prison in a joint venture with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Federal Prison Industries, Inc. which employed over 200 inmates).During my tenure Annual Revenue rose to $13 million.In the course of building this business my responsibilities and experience included: personally manufacturing product and product research and development; designing Deming based quality control systems and processes in both manufacturing, operations, and customer satisfaction; venture capital sourcing and fundraising; contract proposal development, award, management and fulfillment; financial analysis and due diligence of acquisition targets; product selection, costing, vendor management, and pricing structures; design and implementation of management information systems for accounting, customer satisfaction, and sales (CRM); sales management of 10 person outside sales team, as well as 21 inside telesales professionals; marketing development, i.e. copywriting, layout, production, delivery; and individual sales and customer relations efforts.Extensive experience selling to federal, state and local governments, as well as corporate vertical and horizontal markets ranging from home-based businesses to real estate agencies to Fortune 500 companies.
