As an Innovation Strategist: - I conduct market research, competitive analysis & help Subvrsive stay up-to-date with culture and new technological advancements (such as AI, XR & web3) to generate valuable insights.- I collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and provide creative recommendations to our creative & client services teams for clients such as Walmart, Cartier, and Unilever.- I support various innovation methods (design sprints, brainstorms, ideation sessions, etc.) rooted in strategy and research with our internal and external partners, in order to provide creative thought starters and new advertising opportunities for new and existing clients.- Additionally, I am a co-author and curator of the bi-weekly Through the Looking Glass newsletter, where we share insights on advancements in new tech and their impacts on the immersive creative industry.

I am leading the planning and research for one of The Texas Immersive Institute’s annual events. This year's TXI Innovator's Roundup is focused on The Future of Commerce, and how new technologies will impact how commerce is conducted in the future. I am leading a team which conducts research, curates speakers, and designs activities in order to address the overall goal of learning and thinking about the evolution of commerce. I am also the lead writer of the pre-event briefing book and also any output which is a result of the event.Responsibilities:• In charge of developing research scope, areas of focus, and maintaining resources (i.e. literary review/sources)• Research and curate a list of ideal guest speakers and demos to represent TXI’s overall goal for this years Innovators’ Roundup.• Work with Program Manager to find relevant email addresses; draft invitation materials for guests and invited speakers.• Communicate proactively with the Program Manager to best plan on the event’s strategy, logistics, and communication with guests, staff, and attendees.• Research, ideate and design different activities to keep the audience engaged in the various topics we will discuss during this event.• Lead facilitation and support other facilitators in ensuring the Innovators’ Roundup is interactive, intimate and experiential.• Be the lead writer for the Innovators’ Roundup Briefing Book.• Provide a wrap up multimedia report on the outcomes and next steps from the Innovators’ Roundup• Other responsibilities as they arise.
