• Part of SYSTRA's CYCLOPS team - focused on calibrating our tool's cycling router algorithm, developing methodologies to predict cycling uplift above and beyond census data, and ensuring that the tool delivers value to eventual users.• Managed economic appraisal for two LUF2 bids in London and the Southeast focused on active travel, journey ambiance, job creation benefits and land value uplift. • Developed a methodology for options assessment and economic appraisal of a MaaS platform in the East Midlands, focused on configuring an MVP that fulfilled competing stakeholder requirements. • Managed the creation of a walking and cycling plan for 21km of routes for an East Midlands local authority, from site audit and route quality mapping to options appraisal & costing, and finally to the creation of a five-dimension Business Case underpinning a Towns Fund submission.

• Led and won proposals for two phases of cycle route quality criteria analysis and options appraisals for a London Borough. The combined £110k commission covered work on over 22 miles of potential cycleways and involved managing an interdisciplinary team of eight to deliver against tight timescales. • Designed and executed a methodology for an £11k project on HGV displacement in a London Borough. The project has required the creation of SQL queries to map vehicle types against >5m rows of waypoint data, the mapping and spatial joining of this data in ArcGIS and the Excel processing of consolidated data to build a compelling narrative. • Managed all SQL data processing for the update to SYSTRA’s franchise model for a UK TOC• Completed a financial viability study to determine the most effective corridor for a new bus rapid transit/bus priority system in Kaduna, Nigeria, as well as a multi-criteria analysis on local ramifications of the scheme • Built LEGION pedestrian models for an airport and several NR station redesigns, and reported on expected implications of each design on passenger flow• Created PDFH and WebTAG-based spreadsheet models to support economic cases for various park & ride schemes, a ferry scheme as well as for a highway improvement scheme in the Southeast• London office “Innovation Champion” in charge of disseminating UK-wide best practice on new “hot topics” and project approaches, while also coordinating UK-wide HMRC R&D tax rebate
