I also serves as L3 support for Off-Shore team.Major System Upgrades – Lead architect on upgrade from SCCM 2007 to 2012. Key contributor for migration from Exchange 2007 to 2010 mailbox migration as well as O365 mailbox migration. Lead effort to migrate user home directory data from on premise storage to OneDrive cloud storage. Migration required the development of complex Group policy and user communication/coordination resulting in a seamless migration. Key contributor for successful migrating Single sign on (SSO) application configured with OKTA SAML federation to Azure Enterprise application. Move resulted in huge cost saving for global organization.
