Provide company-wide consultation across a broad range of instructional modalities and oversee team comprised of onsite, remote, and contract ISDs. Provided strategic guidance and direction to ISDs, offering expert knowledge on workflow optimization, continuous process improvement, and procedure standardization. Key Accomplishments:• Managed and coordinated workload for a five-year, $65M Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) development contract in addition to multiple short-term contract assignments.• Established hours estimates and basis of estimate criteria for storyboard analysis, design, and development for an 18-month, 55-hour IMI project as well as various 12-month initiatives. • Improved consistency of asset production and reduced errors in deliverables significantly by standardizing processes and procedures that included peer review of storyboards and online assets to identify grammar, punctuation, spelling, and other errors; corrected errors or submitted errors as problem tickets for assigned resources to correct.• Conducted peer reviews of multiple deliverables to improve accuracy and reduce grammatical, spelling, and consistency errors, including 1300+ slide storyboard series, IMI courses, test plans, Instructional Performance Requirements Documents (IPRDs), Instructional Media Design Packages (IMDPs), and prototypes.
