I evaluated the Dutch National Palliative Care Programma which contained a process and effect evaluation. Further, I also worked on the panel of Nurses & Carers. The panel operates in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, the Netherlands Centre for Excellence in Nursing (LEVV) and V&VN Dutch Nurses' Association. The panel is financed by the Dutch Ministry of Health Welfare and Sports. I was involved in survey development, analyses and dissemination of the findings.

I did an Internship at Stellenbosch Univerisity (SUN) as part of the Research Master Global Health Program. Together with other researchers and fieldworkers we conducted a study in two slums in Worcester. The aim was to assess a nutrition folder (concerning the first 1,000 days of a newborn) among primary caregivers.

Damongo, Ghana

For my bachelor I did a small case study in a district hospital in Northern Ghana. The aim of the research was to assess the impact of brain drain of health care professionals on this particular hospital and district.

During my studies in Maastricht I organized spinning classes. I had the full responsibility of the program and development of the classes.
