I have also been personally asked to undertake additional roles, for example participating in the recruitment panel for the Royal Academy of Engineering / E4E Secretariat, as well as being part of the judging panel for the WISE Excellence Awards. The project is under budget and delivering on all agreed outcomes.- improved People Management – the Project Team for the Diploma in Engineering is drawn from five SSCs, with whom I have agreed priorities, deadlines and milestones. I chair fortnightly meetings and telekits to check on progress. I also regularly meet with Project Team members to discuss issues and activities.- introduced a collegiate approach – I have been bringing together the ‘STEM’ Diplomas on various activities, including the Big Bang Fair, and support for STEM Ambassadors.
