In this role, I become involved in a company that had only recently adopted the online learning model. I joined on a short contractual basis of 3 months, to support and develop outstanding projects. I took the tasks of amending existing e-packages and online materials, and began creating new ones for both trainers and students to study from in the future. I also worked on developing a solution for some of the issues on their LMS, Moodle, to enable a more efficient experience for users on devices such as phones and tablets.-Managing projects within teams and meeting with stakeholders to discuss needs and deadlines-Testing and maintaining online content, checking against a QA document-Manipulating and syncing together audio and video within PowerPoint for an online learning video-Amending and developing packages using Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline-Exporting SCORM packages with specific settings to work with mobile technology, and in some cases adding subtitles if audio wouldn't play on a mobile device
